By accessing our website, booking or using our services, entering our premises, or purchasing sessions, memberships, or retail items, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions, including the Liability Waiver & Guest Agreement incorporated herein.
If you do not agree, you may not access or use Rafa Sauna Lounge or its services.
You must be at least 18 years old, or 16–17 years old with a parent or legal guardian present at all times, to use Rafa Sauna Lounge. No one under the age of 16 is permitted in sauna or cold plunge areas under any circumstances.
By using this website, you agree to use it only for lawful purposes and not to disrupt, misuse, or interfere with its operation or services.
Rafa Sauna provides wellness services including saunas, cold plunges, steam, memberships, retail items, and related amenities. All services are subject to availability and may be modified, restricted, or discontinued at any time without notice.
All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. Booking a session constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions and the Rafa Sauna Lounge Liability Waiver & Guest Agreement.
Cancellation Policy
• Cancellations or reschedules are permitted only if made more than 24 hours before the scheduled session time
• Cancellations within 24 hours are not permitted
• No-shows and late cancellations result in full forfeiture of the session
Because Rafa Sauna Lounge operates on a limited-capacity, reservation-based system, missed appointments, late cancellations, and no-shows prevent other guests from booking those time slots. As a result, all late cancellations and no-shows result in full forfeiture of the session, and no refunds are issued.
NO REFUNDS. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Full payment is required at the time of booking or purchase.

No refunds for any reason, including but not limited to missed sessions, early departures, dissatisfaction, medical reasons, or scheduling conflicts
Memberships are subject to the terms disclosed at purchase and may include recurring billing.
• Memberships, sessions, and credits are non-transferable
• Cannot be redeemed for cash
• Unused sessions do not roll over unless explicitly stated
Use of Rafa Sauna Lounge requires acceptance of the Rafa Sauna Lounge – Liability Waiver & Guest Agreement, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms & Conditions.
By entering the facility or participating in any activity, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the waiver, including:
• Informed consent and assumption of all risks
• Release of liability for ordinary negligence
• Waiver of unknown claims under California Civil Code §1542
• Health condition disclosures and medical responsibility
• Indemnification obligations
• Arbitration and dispute resolution provisions
Failure to comply with or accept the waiver voids permission to use the facility.
Sauna, steam, and cold-plunge use involve inherent health risks. You are solely responsible for determining your medical fitness to participate and for consulting a licensed healthcare provider if necessary.
Rafa Sauna Lounge does not provide medical supervision or advice and is not responsible for injuries, illness, or adverse reactions except where prohibited by law.
Guests must follow all posted rules and staff instructions, including hygiene, dress code, towel use, shower requirements, and behavioral standards.
Rafa Sauna Lounge reserves the right to deny service or remove guests for unsafe, disruptive, or inappropriate behavior without refund.
Standard sessions are 2 hours with a 15-minute grace period.
• After the grace period, charges apply retroactively from the 2-hour mark
• Charges continue for the full duration stayed
• Charges are automatically applied to the card on file
Rafa Sauna Lounge is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property. Lockers are provided for convenience only and are used at your own risk.
Guests are financially responsible for damage caused to facilities, equipment, or property.
All website content, branding, logos, images, and materials are the exclusive property of Rafa Sauna Lounge and may not be used or reproduced without written permission.
Video and audio monitoring is in use in public and common areas for safety and security.
• No cameras in restrooms or enclosed private changing areas
• Entry constitutes consent to monitoring
Your use of our services is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using our website or services, you consent to data collection and usage as described therein.
By opting in to receive text messages from Rafa Sauna Lounge, you agree to receive SMS communications related to appointment confirmations, reminders, follow-up messages, scheduling updates, directions, customer support, and, if you have provided separate consent, marketing messages such as specials, discounts, events, and other updates.
Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase.
